EDL-REC as Grid

As well as full ISO mode, EDL-REC EDLs can also be used simply as a grid (or rough guide) – this is useful when not all cameras were recorded or ingesting all the footage would take too long or storage.

Relinking with the associated camera is not always necessary.
The EDL-REC linecut/timeline is simply placed offline above the program in the NLE.
All cuts, transitions and markers can still be selected precisely and easily, and the respective camera footage / source (01-32) is correctly labelled and identifiable for fast ingesting, etc.

So you can see EDL-REC EDLs are also a great help for situations with:
- limited recording capacities,
- too little time to ingest all sources,
- Overloading the editing suite with the amount of multi-camera sources.
